17 Years Experience There is no substitute for experience. The more we teach the more we are able to improve our teaching techniques. Driving tuition is not only about imparting knowledge to the learner but also about helping them overcome problems they encounter as they seek to develop their skills. The national pass rate for driving tests is 47.4% and at Rugby Driving Test Centre is 52% . For first time candidates it is even lower. At Academy our pass rate for the last 2 years has averaged more than 79%* for all tests presented. Expert Patient Friendly Instructors At Academy all our instructors are fully qualified and licensed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA), the governing body responsible for all driving tests. They are all highly experienced and professional, having spent at least a year training to become qualified and they are subjected to regular checks to ensure they constantly meet the standards expected of a quality instructor. Local Instructors with Local Knowledge All our instructors live in Rugby. This means they are familiar with the roads and routes used by the DSA. It also means they know where the most suitable places are to take beginners for there early lessons. The roads you learn on are the same roads that you will take your test on.
